The 9th
Circuit Court of Appeals leased several floors in the Rincon Two
office tower complex. Located throughout five floors of the
building, the tenant improvements total more than 160,000 sf.
With the
General Services Administration serving as Project Manager, the
improvements include the design of lighting, telecommunications
and technology infrastructure for the varying occupancies, spaces
and uses.
