The historic
Rincon Center Post Office was renovated and incorporated into the
$160 million high-rise mixed-use office/retail/residential Rincon
Center Tower and Annex development totaling more than 1,000,000
sf.
POLA was
retained by the developer to incorporate tenant metering for
retail and office spaces and in the development of 160,000 sf. of
temporary courtrooms and offices for the 9th Circuit
Court of Appeals housed in the Annex.
