The mixed-use
high-rise includes senior housing, a school and an underground
parking garage. In addition to community spaces, the HUD section
202 funded senior housing includes 104 studio, one and two
bedroom apartments. A roof deck provides open space for the
residents. The K-8 St. Mary's Catholic Center school and parish
is housed in the complex, as well as three levels of underground
parking.
