Originally a
six-story, 180,000 sf., warehouse, the historic building was
converted into 59 condominium units. The lower levels of the
Embarcadero Lofts include an 8,000 sf. restaurant, 2,500 sf. of
retail space and covered parking for 100 vehicles.
In 1998,
the project received two Gold Nugget Grand Awards as the
Best-Mixed Use Project, and Best Renovated, Restored or Remodeled
Residential Project.
