Transforming
and inhabiting a former Power Substation, the Jewish Museum San
Francisco is located in the heart of The Yerba Buena Center. The
100,000 sf. museum will house exhibition galleries, educational
facilities, administration offices and include a multipurpose 275
seat theater, museum store and cafe.
The $60
million project includes site electrical and power distribution
systems, cable TV service, fire/life safety systems, public
address and security systems. The museum will open in 2002.
